Please read carefully before you make your purchase, by placing an order you agree to follow these terms and conditions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable process for all.

Shipping & Returns
Delivery for the item to be sent to the customer is paid at the time of rental purchase.
All items must be returned on the final day of the rental period using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked postage, if the item is lost and not tracked the customer will be liable for the full retail price of the item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must allow sufficient time to ensure timely delivery. Keisha’s Kloset is not responsible for postal delays and refunds will not be issued due to courier disruption.
We will offer a two day grace period for customers. After this grace period is over failure to return an item on time will result in a late fee of £15 per day, this will be charged until the item is returned back to us and proof of postage is sent to the team by email.
If you anticipate a delay, you must notify us by email as soon as possible for us to honour the grace period.
We also do offer collection for customers in the Warrington, Cheshire area. Orders can be picked up on the day of first rental and dropped off on the final day of rental, when you wish to place a collection order please email keishaskloset1@gmail.com to arrange a collection time.

Sizing & Suitability
We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or items deemed unsuitable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, size guides, and product descriptions prior to completing their rental purchase.
Please make sure you have check sizing and fit before your purchase to avoid this issue.

Cleaning Policy
Customers must not wash, dry clean, or alter garments.
All items are professionally cleaned by Keisha’s Kloset between rentals to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
Please take care to avoid staining from substances for example: fake tan, makeup, food and drinks.

Damage Deposits
All orders will be charges a damage deposit of £1 when your order is placed. If we receive your return and the item is all okay your deposit will be refunded back to you. If there is any damage etc, to the item once we have received your return we will further charge your card. Please read below for what would qualify for a further charge to be made to your card.

Cleaning & Minor Damage Fee
If an item is returned with staining, marks, odours, or other issues requiring treatment beyond our standard cleaning process, a fixed Damage Fee of £30 will be charged.
This fee covers specialist cleaning and minor repairs where necessary.
The £30 Damage Fee does not apply where damage is deemed irreparable.

Major Damage, Loss or Theft
Customers are fully responsible for item(s) from the time of confirmed delivery to the time the item is received back by Keisha’s Kloset.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Acceptable general wear and tear includes: minor loose threads, slight fading, minor fabric pulls.
The following are not accepted:
• Tears
• Stains beyond minor treatment
• Missing buttons
• Ripped seams
• Structural damage
• Broken zips
• Excessive wear
If an item is lost, stolen, not returned, or irreparably damaged, the customer will be liable for the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the item.
Where damage exceeds minor repair but does not require full replacement, repair costs may be charged accordingly.

Impact on Other Bookings
If a late return or damage results in disruption to another confirmed booking, the customer may be held liable for resulting financial losses. This will be dependent if any other customers have been affected.

Payment Authorisation
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions at checkout, you authorise Keisha’s Kloset to charge your stored payment method for:
• Late return fees
• Damage Fee
• Repair costs
• Replacement costs (RRP)
• Loss-related charges
• Financial losses caused to other bookings
Customers will be notified prior to charges being processed, and an invoice will be issued.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing your rental purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Liability applies to all damage, whether accidental, negligent, or resulting from failure to follow garment care instructions.
