Keisha's Kloset is a luxury rental clothing service wanting to make our customers the best dressed for every occasion, for a fraction of the price! 

Below are some questions that you may want the answers to before you place an order.

How do I order?

Browse our collection online, select the pieces you would like to rent. Select the dates that you would like your rental to start and end, click the rent now button. Sign our terms and conditions and check out, send your item(s) back on the last day of rental. Its that simple. 

Please read our terms and conditions page, you will agree to this once your order is placed. Our terms and conditions have full details of our cleaning fees, damage policy and how we keep a smooth process for all customers.

How to Return?

All items must be returned on the final day of the rental period using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked postage. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our return address is provided on a label in every order, customers must communicate as soon as the return has been sent. Any issues with returns, please contact us keishaskloset1@gmail.com

Can I collect my order?

Yes! All orders are available for collection within the Warrington, Cheshire area. If you have placed an order for collection, please contact keishaskloset1@gmail.com to schedule your collection time. 

Can I get a refund or cancel my rental?

You can cancel your order up to 5 working days before your rental was due to start. Keisha's Kloset does not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or items deemed unsuitable. Customers are themselves responsible for reviewing measurements, size guides, and product descriptions prior to completing their rental purchase. 

What happens if I damage an item?

Please read our full teams and conditions policy for full details on our damage fees. All customers are charged a £1.00 refundable security deposit. If an item is returned with staining, marks, odours, or other issues requiring treatment beyond our standard cleaning process, a fixed Damage Fee of £30.00 will further be charged to your card. If an item is lost, stolen, not returned, or irreparably damaged, the customer will be liable for the full recommended retail price (RRP) of the item. Each RRP is visible on the product page of each item. 

Are all items cleaned before renting?

All items are professionally cleaned by Keisha’s Kloset between rentals to maintain quality and hygiene standards for each order. Customers must not wash, dry clean, or alter garments.
